    Outside the West, there is a lack of awareness and training in defending the Christian faith, leaving the Church unprepared to resist the cultural tide of anti-biblical worldviews.

    Apologetics On Mission ignites awareness of apologetics through the training, equipping, and discipleship of global leaders in order to engage the next generation in affirming biblical Christianity and exposing flawed ideologies.

    Global communities of leaders are mobilized to contend for faith in Jesus Christ and to empower the next generation to do the same

  • Method

    Apologetics on Mission employs a missional apologetic model that identifies, trains, and disciples emerging leaders that includes ministry exit criteria once the leaders are equipped and empowered enough to independently defend the Church and raise up the next generation in their region.

Missions Roadmap

  • Brazil Fall 2024

    AoM spoke and held breakout sessions at the Alliance of Military Christian Fellowship’s World Conference in São Paulo. Uniformed Christians from up to 156 countries attended. We will also host ed and facilitated a leaders summit of about 20 apologetics leaders to listen, learn, and plan for future awareness raising activities, training, and ministry development.

  • Africa Fall 2024

    Ben and new AoM missionary Carey Smoak went to South Africa, Uganda, and Kenya in late August and early September. We hosted several leaders summits, participated in conferences, celebrated ITIA graduations, and hosted dialogue/Q&A sessions. AoM partnered with Africa Connected, Apologetics South Africa, Apologetics Kenya, Apologetics Uganda, RTB Africa, and more!

  • Croatia Spring 2024

    AoM conducted a scouting mission in Eastern Europe. Ryan Raburn made several presentation and engaged pastors, lay leaders, and HS students at an annual church conference in Croatia.

  • Uganda & Zimbabwe Spring 2024

    AoM led pastors conferences in Zimbabwe, held faculty & student workshops at a Ugandan university, and mentored leaders of the new ministry, Apologetics Uganda.

  • El Salvador Fall 2023

    AoM partnered with the global ministry, Military Christian Fellowship, where Doug addressed 100 people from 10 Latin American countries.

  • Brazil Spring 2023

    AoM returned to Brazil to teach the Introduction to International Apologetics course to pastors and emerging leaders for Central and Oitava Churches.

    AoM returned to East Africa for a 3-country traveling conference, raising awareness and equipping in Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda.

  • Brazil Winter 2022-23

    AoM partnered with Central Church and Oitava Presbyterian Church in Belo Horizonte, Brazil to begin apologetics projects. See our highlights video here.

  • Honduras Fall 2022

    AoM partnered with ACCTS where Doug built relationships and shared the gospel and his apologetic story with Honduran military Christians.

  • Rwanda Summer 2022
